  • What should I wear? Comfy clothes! Shorts or bike pants and tshirt.
  • What do I bring! Water bottle! its thirsty work and we do have a water filter for refills and also sell water for $2
  • What not to bring! Jewellery, please leave it in the car or home before you come in
  • Do I need to be fit or flexible? Nope. Come as you are.
  • Can I come alone? Yes! Most students do. We’re super welcoming.
  • Where is the studio? In Lawnton, QLD – close to Bray Park, Petrie & Strathpine.
