TERMS & CONDITIONS

Classes must have 4 or more students to run. Classes may be cancelled at the discretion of management. You will be notified prior if your class has been affected and offered an alternative class/time.

Upfront payments are required to secure your booking and payment must be received in full on or before your first class.

It is your responsibility to make sure you attend all your classes.

If for some reason you miss a course class a makeup class can be taken anytime during your Membership enrolment in a class of your level or lower but not substituted for another class or workshop otherwise you forfeit that class.

On entering the Elements Pole & Aerial Studio and participating in a class you assume all responsibility for the dangers in undertaking any activities and all Terms & Conditions, Studio Etiquette and associated conditions apply.

All correspondence must be done via our website contact page. Verbal, social messages, text messages or phone calls will not be considered.

REFUND POLICY

Please be aware that we do not offer transfers or refunds for your term fees once any payment has been received. Please consider your classes carefully before booking.

In the event of a prolonged medical condition your fees may be placed on hold for you to use when you are well. This is at the discretion of management and a medical certificate will be required.

Workshops are one off, speciality classes, which cannot be refunded or transferred. If you wish, you may sell your place to someone else, however you must let us know who will be coming in your place.

Bookings for private lessons, parties or assessments require 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking. If you fail to provide sufficient notice your deposit will be non-refundable.

MEMBERSHIP

Once you sign up for a Membership we expect you to honour the fee agreement for at least 12 weeks at which time you may cancel with a 21 day cancellation notice.

Cancellations can be done via the online TeamUp system or the website contact page.

Membership can be put on hold for up to 8 weeks with a minimum of 2 weeks for each hold per year provided reasonable notice is given for the hold. Notice for a Membership hold must be done via our website contact page.

If you wish to downgrade your Membership 21 days notice is required.

If you miss a payment, TeamUp will send a notification via email, there will be at least 3 attempts to debit your card before it stops and blocks further registrations.

To make up for a missed payment you can log into TeamUp and process the payment or via bank transfer (contact us for details).

Any late payment fees from your bank associated with missing a scheduled payment are your responsibility.

Elements Pole & Aerial reserves the right to engage a third party debt collection agency if we are unable to contact you regarding your debt.

RESPONSIBILITY

Elements Pole & Aerial recommends that you consult with a medical or health professional whenever you start any new form of exercise. Pole & Aerial workouts can be strenuous on the body, particularly for ligaments and joints, so if you have had or have any existing injuries that may be of concern, we strongly encourage you to obtain medical advice and clearance for activity that may place pressure and tension on your injured region. This is especially important if you have a weakened joint structure due to past dislocation or if you are recovering from surgery involving your ligaments and/or tendons. Lower back, shoulder, wrist and knee injuries tend to be most commonly aggravated by this type of exercise.
