Erin | Tingalpa

Pole

Erin

Hi, I’m Erin! I’ve been pole dancing since 2008 and teaching since 2013. I have an Adv. Diploma in Nutritional Medicine and recently completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science as well as working my full-time day job and coming to my home away from home to share my passions with all of you!

As an instructor, my goal is to help you experience the joy of pole while keeping your body safe, mobile, and strong. That’s why I’m so passionate about Pilates – it’s an incredible tool for injury prevention and the perfect complement to your pole training.

Most pole tricks don’t come particularly easy to me so I have gathered lots of tips and technical advice over the years from the many wonderful teachers I have had and from my own exploration. Nothing makes me happier than passing these on and seeing that “lightbulb moment” when everything clicks for a student.

Above all, I believe pole should be fun and empowering – don’t let the pursuit of the next big trick steal away the joy of movement and the appreciation for all that your body can already do!
