
Twerking is kind of like The Twist – everyone can do it! Now is your chance to perfect the art of the biggest dance craze of the decade.
Our Instructors have been busy learning the AUSSIE TWERK way and becoming Aussie Twerk Qualified Instructors…. so what does this mean? They have learnt from the best of the best, they have studied and mastered the correct technique to help you pop, drop, clap and shake your way to becoming a Twerk-a-holic.
Be on your way to toned thighs booty and abs in this intense fun workout; twerking burns somewhere between 300 and 480 calories per hour, it is the best way to work off those unwanted calories and learn some seriously amazing skills.

HOW LONG DOES A WORKSHOP RUN FOR: Workshops run for 90 min to give you the best opportunity to perfect the skills you learn and get an all over workout. Workshops will be announced regularly and are a great way to try Twerking… if you want to develop your skills you can sign up for one of our Twerk Courses.
I HAVE NEVER DONE A CLASS LIKE THIS BEFORE CAN I STILL JOIN: YES!!! Everyone has to start somewhere so why not learn the correct way to isolate and accentuate among other techniques… we will have you busting out moves in public in no time.
COST: $25 per head
WHAT TO WEAR: Regular gym gear is great – booty shorts optional! It’s also a good idea to have leg warmers or knee pads (both available for sale at the studio) to protect your knees, sneakers are recommended also but not essential.

Learn Twerk Technique & Sexy Choreo to a popular twerk/trap song! Burn lots of calories and strengthen your core muscles on our exclusive 4 Week Absolute Beginner TWERK Course.
A new, innovative way to keep fit combining a sexy mix of dynamic dance choreography and toning and strengthening “Twerking” techniques.
HOW LONG DOES A COURSE RUN: Our courses are designed to further develop your skills. Courses will run for 90min over 4 weeks or 60min over 6 weeks.
BASIC ELEMENTS TO COVER DURING THE COURSE:
