The studio becomes your second home, a place to come and forget about the rest of the world. AERIAL HAMMOCK

A combination of traditional yoga poses, pilates and dance with the use of a hammock, aerial yoga defies gravity and allows you to perform various poses that may be difficult to do on the ground, but easier in mid-air. It’s fun and acrobatic

Suitable for anyone with plenty of options if you are new to aerial arts.

What to Wear:  t-shirt (no singlets) and long or 3/4 leggings (nothing with zippers)

Roulette (Dance)
Roulette is like playing a game of Russian roulette you never know what you will get each week it might be a slinky floor routine a heel banging rock n roll routine or a soft powerful contemporary piece each week you will learn something new.

At the end of each routine you will have the opportunity to add you own freestyle ending you will have the choice to finish at the end pose that you are given or your own freestyle flare.

Strength & Conditioning

Work on your strength and power in this course. It’s a great all all over body workout to help you nail those tricks or just a great fitness class.

Risqué (Dance)
A fusion of various dance styles including classic pole dance, floorwork, twerk, booty and vogue, you are sure to be in for something different! Learn the techniques of twerk as well as floorwork basics and how to really nail that sexy bodyroll while learning a new dance routine each week.
A great atmosphere for either the new or experienced pole dancer, make some great friends, feel sexy and burn calories while you’re doing it! Be sure to bring your knee pads, water bottle and heels if you want them, as well as some sass and readiness to have a good time!

Stretch/Flex
This is an intense flexibility class focusing on improving your range of motion, working on active flexibility and various foundational stretching techniques.
The class involves individual and/or partner stretching and will improve your lines and technical ability in your aerial training as well as supplement your functional training.

Vertical Barre
Barre classes typically focus on small, pulsing movements with emphasis on form, alignment and core engagement. Participants hold their bodies still while contracting specific, targeted sets of muscles in isometric exercises. Repetitions tend to be high, range-of-motion small, and weights, when used, light. Barre classes focus on the lower body and core, developing strength and flexibility from the ankles up though the calves, knees, thighs, glutes and abdominals.

Please understand that the majority of our classes are conducted in a group fitness environment – it is your responsibility to ensure that you inform the instructor at the start of every class about any condition or injury requiring program modifications to suit your individual needs. You must also inform the instructor if you feel any discomfort or acquire any form of injury during the class so that the program can be suitably modified or first aid action taken where required.
